I found this article super helpful! Some experts say that you need to apply to at least 400 jobs right out of school to get a good amount of offers back. After applying to what feels like millions of jobs, it can be pretty discouraging when you don’t hear back from even half of the recruiters or hiring managers. So, that being said, take a few of these reasons and soak them up. After reading this, you may get a little bit inspired.
